A chance to watch a performance by the Doric Quartet at Wigmore Hall in October 2020. The programme begins with Mozart’s String Quartet in B flat major KV589, which features in the Doric’s album reviewed in the August 2021 issue.

Comprising of Alex Redington and Ying Xue on violins, Hélène Clément on viola and John Myerscough on cello, the Doric Quartet won the 2008 Osaka International Chamber Music Competition in Japan and 2nd prize at the Premio Paolo Borciani International String Quartet Competition in Italy. They have been Teaching Quartet in Association at the Royal Academy of Music in London since 2015.
