Cellist Kian Soltani and violinist Emmanuel Tjeknavorian recently recorded Kodály’s Duo op.7 at the Vienna Konzerthaus for their Moments Musicaux series. Tjeknavorian plays a 1698 violin by Antonio Stradivari and Soltani plays the 1698 ’London, ex-Boccherini’ cello by Antonio Stradivari. Both instruments are loaned to them through Beare’s International Violin Society.
