Ottorino Respighi was born on this day in 1879. Watch the Orchestra of the Music Makers perform the Passacaglia from Respighi’s Ancient Airs and Dances suite no.3, recorded in August 2020.
The Orchestra of the Music Makers is a Singapore-based symphony orchestra established in 2008. It comprises over 140 highly-trained volunteer musicians, many of whom have chosen careers outside of music.
