The American early music ensemble will work with the agency for both its North American and international tours

Baroque ensemble Apollo’s Fire will be exclusively represented by Intermusica New York for touring in North America. The US ensemble will also collaborate with Intermusica’s touring team for its international tours outside of North America.
Apollo’s Fire is America’s most active touring early music orchestra, having performed seven European tours, including at the BBC Proms in London, Madrid’s Royal Theatre, Bordeaux’s Grand Théàtre de l’Opéra, St Martin-in-the-Fields, the Heidelberg Spring Festival, the National Concert Hall of Ireland, as well as venues in Germany, France, Italy, Austria and Portugal. North American tour engagements have included performances at Carnegie Hall and the Tanglewood, Ravinia, Caramoor and Newport Classical festivals.
The Cleveland- and Chicago-based group’s 2026/27 season will include a return to Severance Hall with Bach’s St. Matthew Passion as well as another tour of European capitals with soprano Jeanine De Bique, who also joins them at Carnegie Hall in November 2026.
Apollo’s Fire was founded in 1992 by US conductor and harpsichordist Jeannette Sorrell, who has remained as the ensemble’s director. It has released 34 CDs and won a Grammy award in 2019 for its album Songs of Orpheus.
