Based in Limerick, Ireland, Sing Out With Strings (SOWS) is an organisation that provides free long-term music teaching to children in areas of social and economic disadvantage. In a performance organised by the Limerick St Patrick’s Day Festival, the SOWS players are joined by members of the Irish Chamber Orchestra Youth Orchestra in a rendition of the popular Irish air ‘Down by the Salley Gardens’.
