In this video, students of music education charity London Music Masters are joined by some famous faces, including violinist Benjamin Baker, cellist Sheku Kannah Mason and his pianist sister Isata to perform Twinkle Twinkle Little Star, all recorded from their separate homes. The piece was arranged by Tom Coult and the performance was edited by Matt Norriss.
Throughout lockdown LMM has been able to give one-to-one Zoom lessons to 90 per cent of its Key Stage 2 pupils. The charity also launched Friday Live!, a series of educational events and activities that took place online every Friday on LMM’s Facebook Page. Aimed at families, the series featured downloadable activities and 27 livestreams from a host of artists.
