In this video, Pavel Šporcl performs Mendelssohn’s E minor Violin Concerto with the English Symphony Orchestra conducted by Kenneth Woods in concert at Cadogan Hall, London, on 9 June this year.
Šporcl has sold more than 230,000 CDs in his career, with his latest recording, ‘Christmas On The Blue Violin’, going platinum. His now trademark blue violin was made for him in 2005 by Czech luthier Jan Špidlen.
