Lieke Mulder has reported the theft of his 7/8-sized violin. The instrument was stolen from his house in The Hague, The Netherlands, on 14 November 2025.

The violin is said to have been built between 1740 to 1760. The text on the label inside the violin reads ’Aegidius Kloz in Mittenwald an der Iser 17…’

The violin was contained in a dark blue rectangle case with carbon fibre bow.
