Trio Concept has signed with Impulse Art Management for representation across Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg.
Trio Concept, perviously named Trio Chagall, was founded in 2013 in Turin and comprises violinist Edoardo Grieco, cellist Francesco Massimino and pianist Lorenzo Nguyen. The group was named ECHO Rising Star for the 2025/2026 season and, following a three-week residency at the Verbier Festival Academy in 2024, received the Prix Yves Paternot.
In 2023, it became a YCAT artist, won first prize at the Schoenfeld International Competition and was chosen as an ensemble-in-residence for ProQuartet in Paris.
In the group’s home country of Italy, it won second prize and three special prizes at the 2019 Premio Trio di Trieste. It was also selected by the jury of the Accademia Chigiana as the winner of the Premio Giovanna Maniezzo and named Ensemble of the Year 2020/2021 by Le Dimore del Quartetto. It took on an ensemble-in-residence position for the Comitato Amur in 2023/2024.
Upcoming engagements include a performance at London’s Wigmore Hall, the Verbier festival, and debuts at the Konzerthaus Berlin, Concertgebouw Amsterdam, Elbphilharmonie Hamburg and Tonhalle Zürich.
It has been invited to give masterclasses at the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire and at the Lyceum Mozarteum in Havana, Cuba.
