An audio recording of Stravinsky’s Suite Italienne by the winning duo will be synced to the work’s score on Boosey & Hawkes’ monthly YouTube series

Publisher Boosey & Hawkes are giving budding string-piano duos the chance to feature as the soundtrack to their forthcoming YouTube score video of Stravinsky’s Suite Italienne. The contest is open to violinists, violists, cellists and double bassists with piano, and both players must be over the age of 18.

To enter, contestants must submit a video recording of their chosen movement(s) by 18 May on the Boosey & Hawkes website. Videos must be of live performances and cannot be commercially available audio. Parts may be recorded separately and layered to create a final track. Sheet music for the piece has been provided for free by nkoda.
