The world's largest playable violin


Vogtland Masters from Germany hand crafted the world's largest playable violin in 2010. Seven times larger than a traditional full-size instrument, the violin's pitch is three octaves lower. Three musicians are required to play the instrument - one to perform the left-hand function, and two to draw the bow.
