I REMEMBER, some time ago now, advocating a change in the hour of evening musical entertainments, similar in fact to that which has come about of late in certain instances, owing to the darkened streets in London and the air raids. My argument was to the effect that by giving concerts at 6 or 6.30, greater enjoyment would ensue and in all probability an increased attendance.
