Come fly with me

Thank you so much for your news story on the confusion with Frontier Airlines over whether my cello could fly with me in the cabin (bit.ly/3N5N2y6). Because of your article, I received a phone call from the Frontier Airlines executive office offering me a formal apology and to let me know that I was flagged for my 7 June flight, so that no one would give me any difficulty about travelling. The speaker acknowledged that there is confusion and a lack of clarity for cellists. I hope this article will influence Frontier Airlines to be a cellist-friendly airline. And my flight yesterday was great: I arrived at the gate and everyone was super kind and very careful when speaking to me. I sympathised because the goal wasn’t to get anyone into trouble, but just to have a company honour its policies. I am very grateful for your help and I hope we made some progress on this!…
