My workshop is located on the outskirts of San José, the capital of Costa Rica. I built it in 2020 with my father-in-law; I originally had a space in my house but when my son was born, I decided to move it outside to avoid accidents. It is a compact space of 25 sq m, which I have had to optimise to the maximum: clients’ instruments are stored in their cases on a raised platform, while the sharpening area is outside, and under the workshop floor I have set up a small storage room where I keep spare parts and accessories…
