The violinist posted a video from the 30 August ceremony on his social media

Australian–Taiwanese violinist Ray Chen announced on social media that he has married Areen Chen. Chen posted a video of him playing violin at the 30 August ceremony, held in Napa Valley, CA. It comes after he announced his engagement the week before, also on social media.
Chen initially came to prominence with first prize wins at the 2008 Yehudi Menuhin and 2009 Queen Elisabeth competitions. He studied at Philadelphia’s Curtis Institute of Music, where he was accepted at the age of 15.
As a soloist, he has performed with orchestras including the London Philharmonic Orchestra, Munich Philharmonic, Filarmonica della Scala, Los Angeles Philharmonic, New York Philharmonic, San Francisco Symphony, Pittsburgh Symphony, Berlin Radio Symphony, Bavarian Radio Chamber Orchestra and more.
Through his widespread online engagement, such as his social media profiles and popular YouTube channel, he has worked to extend the reach of classical music to new generations and audiences.
