Born in London to Czech parents, Hannah started playing the violin aged five, and studied Music at Oxford University. Torn between her interests in music and writing, she was delighted to find a way of combining them. Outside The Strad, she works as a freelance writer and runs The Cusp, a cross-arts online magazine.
