David Garrett performs on the 1743 'Cannon' Guarneri 'del Gesù' violin, formerly owned by Paganini and the known as the famous 18th century violinist's favourite instrument. Garrett was preparing to perform at a concert at Teatro Carlo Felice, in Genoa, Italy earlier this year.
