Carnegie Hall and medici.tv have launched a new, live streaming partnership – the first time that the New York venue’s concerts will be presented as live webcasts. A series of four free performances will be broadcast online from the Stern Auditorium/Perelman Stage in November and December.

Violinist Anne-Sophie Mutter (pictured) and the Mutter Virtuosi will give the US premiere of André Previn’s Violin Concerto no.2 alongside Vivaldi’s Four Seasons on 18 November, and violinist Leonidas Kavakos and pianist Yuja Wang will perform music by Schumann, Brahms, Respighi and Stravinsky on 22 November. Mezzo-soprano Joyce DiDonato and pianist Daniil Trifonov also feature during the season.

Following each live webcast, free replay of the concerts will available to online audiences internationally on medici.tv for another 90 days.
